NY1508629 Employment Services Specialist Oswego Industries located in Fulton, NY is looking for a Full Time Employment Services Specialist Responsibilities -Responsible for managing an assigned caseload of job seekers, ensuring candidates are matched to roles that suit their skills and experiences -Collaborates with a participants planning team to develop or modify individualized vocational plans and staff action plans, maintaining compliance with OPWDD and ACCES-VR requirements -Ensures job development/retention plans are reviewed and updated at the participants semi-annual Life Plan meetings -Ensures vocational plans are maximizing the services available to participants including employment assessments, job exploration, and benefits advisement -Ensures daily documentation is completed accurately and on time for all participants assigned to the teams caseload -Supports team members in the assessment of individual levels of satisfaction with vocational plans and services -Establishes quality assurance measures to ensure plans are being implemented consistently -Collaborates with the Production Department to ensure people supported are afforded a variety of job tasks and training opportunities in the Oswego Industries Integrated Business model -Communicates effectively and professionally with other services providers to best coordinate each participants vocational plan -Develops a continuous improvement process and conducts annual performance evaluations on all direct reports Education/Qualifications -Bachelor's Degree -Valid Driver's License -Knowledge of MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook Wage - $18 - $22 per hour Benefits -Retirement Plan -Dental Insurance -Health Insurance -Vision Insurance -Life Insurance -Paid Time Off -Employee Assistance Program -Professional Development Assistance Apply to
