Looking for a full-time baker to join our crew. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who is able to work quickly and efficiently to produce our high volume of daily baked goods. Duties: - Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, bars and cookies - Follow recipes to ensure consistency - Take care with allergens to avoid cross-contamination - Work well with others - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Skills: - Proficiency in food safety practices to ensure the highest quality standards - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking principles - Experience in handling food safely and following proper hygiene practices - Able to lift or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time - Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment in the food industry -Understanding of food industry regulations and adherence to food safety standards -Experience in large-scale food production is a plus
