Production positions available: CNC Mills & Lathes, Robotic Weld, Laser, Press Brake, Powder Coat Paint, Ecoat, Abrade, Assembly and Shipping B&W is looking for hard-working individuals to work in various production areas of our facility. To be successful in these roles, you should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality and/or safety. Our process begins with raw materials from there we cut, form, bend, weld, abrade, Ecoat, paint, box and ship product. Responsibilities: Following work instructions for the specific operation and product producing Following production guidelines and specifications. Operating and maintaining machinery and production equipment. Assembling and packaging products for shipment. Visually inspecting parts for quality standards Working on the production line and meeting production targets. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. Performing other tasks as assigned. Production Requirements: Must be able to meet attendance expectations. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is beneficial but not required. Experience operating manufacturing machinery is beneficial but not required. Able to work as part of a team or work independently (depending on area) Able to read and follow work instructions, use basic math skills and use measuring tools to ensure product stay within tolerance. Production positions are physical in nature. Must have the physical endurance and fortitude to complete each task within the position, have the ability to stand for entire shift and work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Temperatures may vary in accordance with weather conditions and may be extreme at times. Increases are based on individual performance.
