Under the supervision of the Director(s) of Quality Enhancement, the QE Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality support for both the people served and the agency's employees. Key Responsibilities: Knowledge and Training Provide knowledge and training to teams, ensuring adherence to agency systems. Assist in the development of systems that meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Internal Auditing and Evaluation Conduct internal auditing and evaluation of systems as assigned. Assist in creating and improving systems to enhance overall agency performance. Committee Coordination Serve as HRC chair and coordinate the Human Rights Committee, particularly during vacancies. Participate in assigned committees, staff meetings, and other work-related meetings/work groups. Represent Nonotuck Professionally Professionally represent Nonotuck when working with families, healthcare agencies, AFC & DDS personnel, Awards, iCentrix, and other organizations involved. Coordinate and compile reports for various purposes, including annual satisfaction surveys and internal audits. Data Analysis and Reporting Utilize knowledge of statistics, survey design, and data collection to analyze trends and recommend follow-up steps. Collaboration and Communication Work collaboratively with diverse individuals and opinions to arrive at consensus for improving practices and procedures. Qualifications: 3 years of related experience required Bachelor's degree and related experience preferred.
