Monitors and supports network devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers, and VoIP Phone System. Monitors and supports local wired/wireless and wide area networks for optimal performance. Monitors, supports, and configures SolarWinds and DNA Center networking monitoring and management tools. Administers Cisco WebEx and support DNS/IP/Website configurations. Assists with fiber and cable patches and with rack and stack of data center equipment. Oversees networking queue in ticketing system to ensure customer issues are resolved within established timeframes. Creates and maintains standard operating procedures, decision trees, and knowledge bases. Awareness and desire to adapt to new and changing technologies, including software defined network, Network as a Service and Secure Access Service Edge technologies. Position Title: Network Administrator Job Category: Information Technology Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Certificates/Security Clearances/Other: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, preferred. Minimum five (3) years of experience working with large scale Enterprise network deployments. Or equivalent education and years of experience.
