JOB REQUIREMENTS: President and CEO Villa St Francis is currently recruiting for President & CEO for its Milwaukee, WI campus. Villa St. Francis is a Catholic religious organization sponsored by the Felician Sisters. It is a not-for-profit 501-c-3 organization and licensed for 134 apartments as a senior, assisted living, Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) apartment community. Responsibilities: This individual will be responsible for providing the necessary leadership, overall direction and management to position the facility at the forefront of older adult services in the Milwaukee area while living out the values and the mission of the facility. The President/CEO will work with the local Board of Directors of Villa St. Francis and the Senior Vice President of Senior Living and Healthcare for Felician Services, Inc. She/He will create long range planning with the local Board of Directors of Villa St. Francis and will develop and ensure the implementation of strategic plans. Those plans will align with the values, expectations and goals, while promoting the financial stability and viability of the organization. The President/CEO will guide the leadership team and will ensure the ministry is operated in an efficient, professional and financially sound manner that follows all applicable state and local licensing requirements. The overall direction and management will include enhancing the already strong ties with the greater Milwaukee community, and expanding the philanthropic initiatives that support the sustainability of the campus.
