Carlton Fields is seeking an Office Services Coordinator for its New Jersey office.The Office Services Coordinator role will ensure consistently high-quality customer service to attorneys and staff, as well as external clients, to include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:ReceptionOffice Coordinator will sit at Reception desk and greet and announce clients and visitors;Answers telephone and directs calls to individuals or takes detailed messagesReserves conference rooms and visitor offices and communicates with other firm-wide ReceptionistsCollects and places food orders within budgetary guidelinesOffice ServicesOffice Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, distributing and sending out all mail and courier packagesMonitor and distribute any and all faxes on a timely basisCopying and binding of documentsOrdering supplies and maintaining a current inventory within budgetary guidelinesMonitoring and coordinating shredding pickupsCoordinating with various vendors and maintaining positive relationships with building managementAssist with basic Printer and IT supportAbility to lift 50 lbs.HospitalityMaintaining and cleaning of pantry and conference rooms, to include meeting and luncheon set-upsRunning dishwasher when necessary QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working in a law firm preferredStrong organization and communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, ExcelMust be punctual and reliableAbility to work independently, as well as a team playerCandidates must apply using the following URL.
