JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Digital Imaging Specialist - SENIO005519 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The focus of this position is to facilitate the pipeline/flow of creative assets from postproduction sources (photo studios, video producers, art directors, and more) to hosting in DAM to publication in all needed output channels (catalog, web feed, 3^rd party marketplace vendors, and more). Activities may include but are not limited to tracking status of assets (e.g. photography production schedule), ingesting high-resolution assets into the DAM, validating and enriching metadata, coordinating retouching (outsourced), formatting assets for digital channels, FTP'ing assets to Lands' End image feed, and suppling 3^rd party vendors with Lands' End creative assets. As an advanced role, a Senior Digital Imaging Specialist will promote process efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies. Provide key support in driving efficient and effective image management process under the direction of the DAM and DI Managers and other leaders within Creative Operations, support image processing from raw output through completion, following creative and marketing requirements. Drive efficient and effective workflow processes. Partner with leaders in Creative Operations to effectively implement new technology and processes, as well as participate in cost control initiatives and opportunities that allow workflow optimization. Meet project deadlines, requirements, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure setting a clear path for meeting key image planning, processing, and output expectations. Evaluate, communicate, and/or coordinate retouching through knowledge of Lands' End quality and brand standards and provided marked-up files, evaluate, communicate, and coordinate retouching direction to 3rd party photo retouching vendors. Receive, format, manage, and store assets using data and analytical procedures through an understanding of data and by following analytical procedures and workflow processes, create, format, manage and store assets. The pay range for this position is $22.80 - $28.10. An employee's pay within the pay range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation. Provide excellent workplace focus and execution using a collaborative nature and esults orientated approach to both strategic and daily task assignments. Maintain high-level of work results by monitoring and maintaining adherence to process milestones. Work with the leadership team to improve the final outcomes as the business needs arise. Strong verbal communication skills required. Ability to explain technical information clearly. Customer service skills are critical. Creative problem solving (CPS), solution oriented. Proactive with strong critical thinking skills. Organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities are crucial. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial. Understanding of systems such as Filemaker, Flex PLM, SharePoint, Censhare DAM, and/or Adobe Dynamic Media, a plus. Ability to learn and use technical systems, such as databases and DAM system.
