YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00 to $24.00/hr to start - Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040 - Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step - Referral Bonus: $1500 for every full-time referral who gets hired - Additional Compensation for CNA Credential - $0.50/hour (Autism Program only) Bachelor's Degree. Relatable experience considered BENEFITS BEYOND THE ORDINARY - CHILD CARE REIMBURSEMENT paid quarterly to you (up to $2400 paid annually/$600 per quarter) - TUITION ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT of up to $425 a credit hour.
