Location: Greater NY Metro Area Preferred: Remote based in the US or Hybrid MediaRadar is seeking an experienced Content Marketer with 5+ years of experience handling inbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence through the ideation, production, and dissemination of multimedia content. From day one you'll work to understand our audiences and expand our reach through one-of-a-kind brand architecture that empowers MediaRadar to engage, educate, and motivate our customers to action. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of advertisers (brands/agencies) and media owners (publishers) related to media mix and brand strategy. Requirements What You'll Do: Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs. Ideate and manage production of advertising-industry thought-leadership content across various formats, including video production, editorial thought leadership (eBooks, whitepapers, bylines), podcasts, webinars, event content activation and infographics. Conduct research and analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and subject matter experts, to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and meets project deadlines. Manage content distribution channels, including email newsletters, social media accounts, and third-party platforms in collaboration with demand generation leadership to increase reach and engagement across target account across brand, agency, publishing and platform buyers. Continuously test and refine content marketing strategies and tactics to improve results and drive business growth. What You've Done: Experience and Expertise: 5-7+ years in content marketing and/or production and program management role External multimedia production agency, freelance design and editorial team management experience required Experience in advertising, media, data insights, and/or analytics industry required Have a passion for B2B content and have a keen eye for identifying upcoming trends Strong skill set in creation(written and visual) and communication (storytelling and verbalizing) Ability to analyze data and marketing analytics to reiterate and drive actionable insights Benefits At MediaRadar, employees are encouraged to work hard, have fun and develop strong relationships with their peers.
