JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are hiring an AP Associate for our Finance Team This position can work remotely but will need to be able to come into the Neenah, WI facility for meetings/projects as needed. The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for executing and processing payments to suppliers of TIDI Products, LLC. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Match invoices to receiving documents. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Post invoices into the computer system. Generate accounts payable checks. Research vendor statements, make and take phone calls from vendors, assist with resolving discrepancies. Audits vendor files / vendor information & requests additions / changes. Assist in monthly financial closes. Assist with the annual audit. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required. Maintain accurate files of all accounts payable information. Reconcile inventories in Sub-Contract warehouse. Track and communicate invoices related to capital projects. Assist with credit card statement reconciliations. Assist with the non-conforming materials process by issuing credit or debit memos, communicating with the vendor. Occasionally cover incoming phone calls to the main TIDI switchboard. Occasionally assist with physical inventories. Produce and send 1099 statements to vendors. Perform other duties as assigned. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively communicate information to customers, vendors, and other employee of the organization.
