This is a Manager, Returns Center position with a company in Southaven, MS. Responsibilities: Responsible for all personnel related matters for the return center, support and specialist groups in our Southaven Distribution Center. Establish team-oriented environment to achieve company objectives. Help develop and constantly improve on all processes related to customer and supplier returns. Responsible for having processes followed and documented. Work with other departments within the Company to minimize inventory and receivable exposure to the Company related to customer and supplier returns. Establish performance metrics to define productivity goals for each group. Responsible for the inventory integrity of the return center warehouse (actual inventory Vs. system inventory). Manage (directly or indirectly) and hire highly motivated supervisor and staff personnel that focus on teamwork and the achievement of company objectives based off of established productivity metrics. Ensure that all RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) from our customers are processed (e.g. inventory received, and credit issued, etc.) within the timeframe set by the Director of Operations. Review and put together action plans to disposition all 'problem' inventories in the return center to eliminate inventory exposures related to customer returns. Goals to be established by the Director of Operations. Responsible for reconciling inventory count discrepancies found daily, monthly or quarterly in the return center. Review and put together action plans to resolve all 'problem' receivable issues that relate to supplier returns. Manage the established goals on disposition of product after it's received into the return center (e.g. product is received into the return center and put back into our primary warehouse within XX timeframe). Other duties assigned. Regular attendance is an essential function of the Manager, Return Center position. Qualifications: High School or better. Minimum of 2 years of Customer and/or supplier return experience required or relevant warehouse experience. Computer skills required. Minimum of 1 year experience in managing/supervising staff required. Strong oral, interpersonal and organizational skills required. Experience working in fast-paced environment preferred. Proficiency in foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) SAP Experience. An EO/AA Employer
