As the Manager, you will get to: Act as a Trauma Informed leader while supporting a team of Assistant Managers and Direct Support Professionals. Collaborate with the Assistant Managers to ensure that each individual's goals, health, safety, environmental, financial, emotional and medical needs are met. You will also have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with both the staff and the individuals we care for. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with 2 years of experience working in the same field. Would also be willing to accept a High School Diploma with 5 years of experience working in the Human Services field. Experience Requirements: 1 year supervisory experience. Open positions throughout the Essex County area.
