V.P. of Bedded Programs The Vice President of Bedded Programs is responsible for managing CASA-Trinitys bedded programs and coordinates the administration and evaluation of specific program responsibilities at each facility in accordance with the CASA-Trinitys mission statement and within the general policies. S/he will plan and develop long and short-term strategies and will implement and monitor the outcomes. S/he will ensure appropriate training and development of staff and ensures that all bedded programs provide maximum benefits of clients and community in a manner compliant with contract requirements and licensure standards. This position is responsible for oversight of agency bedded program sites in Dansville, Hornell, and Olean with potential to expand. Travel between locations is required. This position also oversees the accuracy of data and streamlining of all relative procedures and processes and operations to ensure efficient and optimum provision of services. Essential Job Functions -Lead Strategic planning efforts and implementation of assigned program activities -Creates reports as requested by executive leadership on the status of quality control and quality assurance operations -Proactively identifies and resolves program issues related to compliance, staffing, billing, and contractual and participates in process development and improvement initiatives as required, including-e performance and participation in applicable internal and external quality audits. -Comprehensive project management, including planning, development, coordination, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of strategic program/initiatives implemented by executive, leadership and clinical teams. -Regularly reviews each program to ensure regulatory compliance, oversees data collection for program evaluation and assessment purposes, and ensures all resources are available to meet client needs. -Participates in professional supervision and education that supports continuous improvement of facility/operations improvement including weekly, monthly or quarterly meetings as appropriate. -Develops and sustains collaborative relationships with all pertinent governmental bodies and other nonprofit and for profit agencies. -Responsible for keeping executive leadership informed of all developments related to each bedded program, as well as making recommendations on appropriate steps to be taken in each situation -Participation in other organization initiatives, as directed by executive leadership. -Maintains QHP status, as required. -Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively as needed. Qualifications Minimum of a Masters degree in a Healthcare Administration, Public Health or Social Science related field. At least 5 years of experience in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting which includes supervision of others. Training and/ experience in risk management and quality process/improvement highly desirable. Must be a Qualified Healthcare Professional (QHP). Must possess a valid drivers license and personal transportation. This position is subject to a criminal background clearance. Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, Full time with a complete benefit package.
