Assistant Vice President (SPMO Support) for BNP Paribas RCC Inc. in Jersey City, NJ, to work within the Structured Product Middle-office (SPMO) team, will create and maintain credit reporting dashboards including Collateralized Loan Obligations ('CLO') Warehouses, Senior Portfolio Financing, and Loan TRS. Will perform booking responsibilities and assist with setting up booking matrix for new deal structures. Will liaise with Front Office and other areas of support to resolve operational and booking issues and produce Capital Calculation (CC) reporting. Will gather and maintain necessary information for Front Office (FO) for risk monitoring and bidding in secondary markets. Will coordinate with Front Office to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of trader and other management queries.Requires: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, or related field plus two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Vice President (SPMO Support) or related occupation providing Middle or Back-office Support in an Operations environment within an international bank or international financial services organization or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, or related field and four (4) years' experience as an Assistant Vice President (SPMO Support) or related occupation providing Middle or Back-office Support in an Operations environment within an international bank or international financial services organization or, alternatively, No degree and six (6) years' experience as an Assistant Vice President (SPMO Support) or related occupation providing Structured Product Middle or Back-office Support in an Operations environment within an international bank or international financial services organization. Specific skills/other requirements - Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) with international financial markets; (DE) within Trade Support and Product Control and Reporting and Reconciliations; (DE) Creating and maintaining dashboards required by Front Office and Management reports; and (DE) Building and strengthening controls and streamlining processes.
