Job Summary: The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and implementing training programs for employees. The primary goal is to ensure that employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. They collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions. Invest in your future with LINX. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs. Conduct assessments and surveys to determine skills gaps and training priorities. Program Development: Design and develop training programs, including curriculum, materials, and delivery methods. Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content. Logistics and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring appropriate venues, resources, and equipment are available. Communicate training schedules and details to participants. Facilitation: Conduct training sessions using various methods, such as presentations, workshops, and hands-on activities. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Documentation and Evaluation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development. Technology Integration: Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery and accessibility. Compliance: Ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization. Preferred Skills: Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP). Experience in creating multimedia training materials. Knowledge of instructional design principles.
