In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life and elevate ideas through thoughtful contributions. As part of the project team, you will be key in defining the approach and scope of projects, ensuring goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget are clearly established.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)Collaborate with creative teams to transform concepts into tangible deliverables, making creative contributions that enhance the overall quality of the work.Partner with business leadership and project management to develop and implement production timelines and budgets.Research, review, and evaluate vendors to make recommendations for vendor selectionPrepare comprehensive production schedules and final budgets/estimates, obtaining approval of costs prior to production commencement.Manage your assigned projects with mentoring and oversight from more senior producers as needed for your continued growth and success.Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables, maintaining the highest level of quality and adherence to budgetary constraints.Demonstrate understanding of/willingness to learn SAG and non-union rules and talent contracts.Contribute to a collaborative, flexible, and proactive work environment, showcasing a strong work ethic and acute attention to detail.Exhibit project management skills, effectively organizing and prioritizing multiple assignments simultaneously.Identify and address problems quickly, proactively finding solutions and asking for support when needed.Be open to growth, training and adapting to new technologyCommunicate and interact effectively and respectfully with individuals at various levels and in different disciplines.Have experience in video filming and editing and a willingness to support with small scale content capture on site when neededSupporting Momentum's ValuesAll other duties as assignedHERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 2 years of producing or equivalent experience in creative production, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or production company.Familiarity with a variety of production formats, including static and video.Technical understanding/hands on skills in video/stills content capture/social media a plusProficiency in Adobe Premiere a plusStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn and growResourceful and able to find solutions to unique production challenges.MOMENTUM BENEFITSTime Well Taken (our flexible benefits plan that allows you take the time you need)Hybrid Work model - ability to work from home or in officeHolidays and Winter Break (agency closes between Christmas and New Years holidays)No meeting FridaysCurated DE&I programs and initiativesMedical, Dental and Vision plansShort- and Long-term disability401(K) with company matchEAP - Employee Assistance PlanTuition ReimbursementWork from Home stipendReferral bonusesTraining and development opportunitiesFlexible Spending AccountHealth Saving AccountsSALARY RANGEThe salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.
