Multiple Positions Available : Home Care Staffing Coordinator HR Coordinator/Caregiver Class Instructor Caregiver Recruiter Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities include: Strategically coordinate placement of services between clients in their homes and the caregivers on HHA Exchange Successfully maintain a caseload of 80-90 patients, ensuring they receive the best homecare service Communicate openly with other staff in the department regarding scheduling, availability, attendance, and larger scale issues; ensuring documentation is being updated for all of our caregivers and patients in HHA eXchange Verify caregivers' attendance for daily ensuring they are attending their scheduled cases and be able to prioritize staffing cases for no-shows, call-outs or any missed visits based on the patient's needs of care Communicate with patients and their families regarding appointment scheduling, physician plan of care, appointment changes, no shows and/or cancellations Maintain and document communication with all caregivers in HHA eXchange; coordinate the caregivers' schedules and maintain a schedule of all services per month Verify billed services against requested services Caregiver Recruiter Responsibilities Include : Conduct research and proactively source candidates through various recruiting outlets such as HubSpot, Medflyt and Indeed on a daily basis for job placement Review, analyze and ensure fulfillment of staffing needs for our recruiting teams Make connections with Home Health Aide Schools and develop presentations to the staff as well as the students of HHA schools, programs, grant bases and caregiver application programs Participate in recruiting/hiring events, job fairs, and street fairs to attract HHAs to the company; ensure we are competitive in the industry to ensure the highest level of applicants Recruit through various outlets including social media platforms to increase caregivers census Consistently meet monthly quotas for new caregiver applicants HR Coordinator/Caregiver Class Instructor Responsibilities Include: Complete application process for potential Caregivers, including assessing paperwork and medical documentation, conducting interviews, submitting for references and CHRC, uploading documents to HHA Exchange and updating HubSpot. Provide classroom instruction to meet caregiver training requirements, implement culturally competent training for all caregivers Responsible for course material for orientation and in-service classes Coordinate with staff for supplies, classroom resources, equipment for training use, and other training needs Develop the training calendar for orientation classes Attend all staff, program and team meetings, in-service training and supervision Job requirements: High School diploma/GED Fluency in Spanish Knowledge of HHA Exchange is highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling challenges Salary range commensurate with experience- $21-$23 per hour True Care provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law. #hp Department Coordination Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Mid-level Compensation $21 - $23/hr
