APPLY NOW SUMMARYMaintenance Repair [Technician] needs to be capable of troubleshooting and repairing various equipment including.Horizontal CNC machining centers Vertical CNC machining centers 2 and 3 axis CNC lathesExperience on Mazak equipment is preferred. Must be proficient working on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. ResponsibilitiesJOB DUTIES Maintain shop CNC equipment. Both planned preventative maintenance and day-to-day troubleshooting of equipment are required. Maintain various equipment types used in the daily manufacturing process including Hydraulic test stations, Powder Coat systems including conveyors, Hydrostatic test equipment, and various manual machines. QualificationsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma/ GED.Must be willing to work both 1st & 2nd shift and weekend overtime when needed.Must be experienced with CNC Horizontals, lathes, and Vertical Mills along with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex machinery. Must have experience in a manufacturing maintenance department.PLC knowledgeHydraulic knowledge Experience with Fanuc Robots preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to tolerate standing, walking, dust, fumes, and noise. Standing for extended periods of time, walking throughout the facility, ability to lift 50lbs as required.Physical job analysis can be provided.
