Summary: Under the direction of the Residential Lending Processing and Closing Manager, this position is responsible for delivering loans on the secondary market and managing Third Party Originations. This position will proactively support residential lending activities and goals, ensure the quality of loan opening and post-closing, service standards agreements, and ensures all residential lending mortgage policies and procedures are adhered to and compliant with state and federal lending laws. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Deliver closed loan files to secondary market investors, clear any exceptions/stipulations to assure timely purchase. Pay Guarantee fee/UFMIP/Funding fee and obtain Loan Note Guarantee/Mortgage Insurance Certificate/Loan Guarantee Certificate on government loans. Fulfill Quality Control requests from investors, mortgage insurance companies, auditors; respond to any findings. Act as liaison for Third Party Originators (TPO) and administer support for TPO Connect; Oversee all facets of incoming TPO loans including systems maintenance, note certification and review of closed loans for purchase, prepare and issue credit memos and purchase advices. Generate various daily, weekly and monthly reports. Process Loan Modification Agreements. Prepare updated aggregate escrow disclosures for Loan Operations. Process administration for HELOC and other applicable consumer products. Monitor mortgage pipeline to ensure key dates are met and loans are opened and post-closed in a timely manner which meets service standards and quality expectations. Provide second level escalation support for Residential Lending Loan Coordinators to promptly and proactively respond to questions, concerns and issues as they may arise. Process mail and eFaxes, order office supplies for Residential Lending Operations Department. Develop new and update current procedures to improve efficiency and ensure quality within the Residential Lending Loan Coordinator function. Collaborate and work effectively with other members of the management team, members of the Residential Lending Operations Team and other ENB employees. Maintain professional level knowledge of legal requirements and state and federal regulations that impact mortgage operations and functional responsibilities. Required Education and Experience: High school graduate or its equivalency required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred Two to three years of mortgage industry experience required Sound judgment and problem solving abilities Superior verbal and written communication skills Experience working with various investors and agencies including FNMA, FHLB, FHA, USDA and VApreferred Ability to effectively prioritize and handle a number of demanding projects simultaneously Must be able to maintain confidentiality and possess excellent communication skills Familiar with various bank systems -- document imaging and core system Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Competencies: ENB Operational and Functional Competencies Supervisory Requirements: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculator, and fax machines. Due to physical location of this position, phone ringing, and people conversing, it may be difficult to hear at times and therefore easily distracting. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required. Travel: No travel is required for this position.
