This job was posted by : For more information, please see: You will be responsible for owning revenue and growth opportunities within your regional market. You will: Manage and nurture channel partner relationships within assigned sales territory. Collaborate effectively with the channel sales organization in the field. Align with top-selling partners and their key stakeholders. Develop a robust partner ecosystem that generates consistent sales results (this includes creating and using a partner heatmap to prioritize sales efforts and engagement levels). Recruit new partners into the program based on their profile and potential to sell cloud solutions. Set mutual success metrics with top partners and execute a go-to-market sales plan. Lead partner engagement, training, co-marketing and product awareness activities, leveraging internal resources as needed. Provide partner trainings on value proposition, business impact and product education. Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct reviews and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualify and distribute sales opportunities to channel sales team. Travel to attend regional and national partner events regularly. Provide sales support as needed.
