Description SOME RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and oversee all day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with federal, state and local laws and Garden Hills Residence and Onora standards, guidelines and regulations. Fully responsible for the results of occupancy development and dedication to the sales and marketing needs of the community. Be proactive in promoting a safe environment for all the residents, visitors and associates of the Community regarding infection control, life safety and emergency procedures. Develop and maintain programs to promote positive image and build relationships to ensure favorable community relations. Maintain resident retention by working with residents and their families, dealing with any issues that arise. Direct the training and development of all clinical and administrative personnel as well as motivating, supervising and evaluating. Performs other duties as assigned Full-Time Benefits: PTO, Paid Sick Leave and all major Holidays. Qualifications Education Preferred Bachelors or better Licenses & Certifications Required Certified AL Admin Preferred Registered Nurse Experience Preferred Must have valid and current NJ CALA certification RN License in addition to CALA preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience in assisted living/long-term care facility Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Strong Marketing and Sales background in healthcare Must possess great written and oral communication skills to have difficult conversations. Patient Advocacy Experience Experience training and developing staff.
