Summary The HR Coordinator provides day to day support in executing various programs covering a broad range of HR issues which may include recruitment, system maintenance, reporting, and benefits, supporting the PENTAX Americas region (Canada through Latin America). Responsibilities of the HR & Recruiting Coordinator: Support recruitment by managing the job postings, screening resumes, completing the preliminary interviews, scheduling formal interviews, and sharing feedback with hiring manager and/or agencies. Ensure all branding guidelines and recruitment processes are followed for both Canada and US positions. Administer benefits for all US employees included medical, dental, vision, life insurance, indemnity plans, FSA, and other benefits and company provided perks. This includes connecting directly with benefits broker or the carriers directly. Maintain Open Job Report and track internal staffing requisitions, recruiting metrics, including time to fill and cost per hire. Respond to employee inquiries as needed. Monitor the HR Department inbox and either respond to or triage inquiries as appropriate Manage and maintain applicant tracking system Provide benefit reporting to parent company Facilitate annual benefits open enrollment, including communications Assist with 401k administration and audit Onboard employees into HR systems, including payroll (ADP), awards systems, talent management (Oracle) and benefits for the US and Canada as applicable for each region Assist with maintaining integrity of information on ADP Workforce Now and Oracle and run reports if requested. Provide backup to orientation meetings. Onboard new employees including collection of paperwork, notification to appropriate personnel and maintain onboarding portal Maintain employee electronic personnel files, including I-9 files Manage PO process for the department Other duties as assigned Requirements of the Clinical Applications Specialist: Bachelor's degree; HR Certification or Master's Degree preferred 2+ years of HR relevant experience in a professional office environment Experience with recruiting strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, strong commitment to following documented processes and best practices Strong sense of urgency It is the ongoing policy and practice of PENTAX Medical to provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants.
