Come join our journeyWhat You'll Get to Do:Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Administration, Data Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field desiredMinimum of 2 years working in a Data Governance function, or equivalent course work.Experience managing product and pricing data a plusExtremely detail-oriented and organizedStrong time management skillsStrong sense of urgency and follow-throughSelf-motivated and proactiveAbility to succeed in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with multiple and changing priorities and projectsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, vlookups, and other advanced formulas requiredExperience working with SAP and a plusExperience working with technology sector a plusExperience with SQL Server and Python is a plusExperience with Power Automate is a plusExperience with Anaplan is a plus2+ years of experience working with a CRM system such as Sales Logix or Problem Solving: Complexity of problemsAbility to answer and redirect emails from various stakeholders in a timely and courteous mannerAbility to enforce process and SOX compliance with product and company dataProcess-oriented mindset and proactively works towards continuous improvementAbility to identify patterns and room for efficiencies in data flows and processesCommunications:Ability to work with Factory Planners in Japan and Taiwan to ask and answer questions on new productsAbility to work and negotiate with groups where English is not their first languageAbility to work with both internal and external partners including Sales, Supply Chain, Product Managers, Channel partners, Legal, and EngineeringAbility to work with Material Master Governance group at the Panasonic North America Corporate levelAbility to enforce audit compliance with multiple groupsAble to communicate with people across all levels of the organization (both written and verbal)Other Requirements:Work will be performed in a hybrid office environmentInfrequent travel for training or development meetings may be required (less than 5%)What We Offer: The salary range of 55,000-$75,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actualcompensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
