This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, contributing to real-world projects while learning about the ins and outs of manufacturing processes. Whether you're interested in data management, process improvement, or hands-on technical support, this role will provide you with the foundational skills you need to succeed. What You'll Do Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and more Create and refine standard work instructions for daily processes Input and manage data from technical documents Research, troubleshoot, and solve operational challenges Perform audits and report findings to improve processes Communicate with team members at all levels, including senior management Ensure compliance with 5S standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the team Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least a 3.0 GPA Able to interpret and follow work instructions and written/verbal directions Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Comfortable working with data and using mathematical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in seeking information or solving problems Commitment to meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment EOE - Minority/Female/Disability/VeteranVarious agencies of the United States Government require employers to maintain information on applicants pertaining to factors such as race, sex, and type of position for which an individual applies.
