Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customerinteraction via the telephone, email and web; respond and provide solutions to customerspromptly Provideimmediate customer support to meet their needs; quotations, technical research, literature requests, manufacturer interaction, proposals, and expediting Escalatebackorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations Providetechnical feedback and design solutions to meet customer requirements Collaboratewith a large team of staff engineers to assist in project solutions Interactwith manufacturing partners and build sustainable relationships Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when needed Ability to lift up to 75lbs Required Skills Technicallyproficient; mechanically and/or electrically Passionand Drive Abilityto quickly learn and apply technical products Strongwritten and verbal communication Strong computer skills High comfort level with Microsoft Office Proventrack record of positive performance Excellentorganizational skills Desireto work within a team with a cooperative and positive attitude Strongcommitment to customer service Abilityto multi-task Senseof urgency and accountability is a must Prepare to be a major contributor to the benchmark distributor in our field We offer outstanding medical and dental plans, vacation days, sick days, life insurance, disability and a comprehensive 401k plan with matching.
