Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Manager, Segment Finance to join our team in our Kimberton, PA. Job Summary: The Business Segment Finance Manager will be part of Carlisle Weatherproofing Technology's (CWT) Financial Planning and Analysis Team, a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. The Business Segment Finance Manager is responsible for the financial analysis and monitoring of the financial health for one or more brand/product-lines within CWT the organization. The ideal candidate will be a partner to brand/business leadership, using external market/industry data along with internal sales and operational data to provide performance insights and drive strategy, identifying opportunities to improve sales and margin. This position will collaborate with multiple functional managers to drive CWT and FP&A initiatives, and lead enhancements to existing reporting processes and platforms. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Segment Annual Operating and Capital Plans, and Quarterly/Monthly Forecast processes. Support CWT finance team with the management reporting cadence including, but not limited to, daily sales/margins/order tracking, monthly operating review (MOR) submissions, and Annual Operating Plan as well as month-end sales and earnings analysis and commentary. Analyze key financial metrics such as price, productivity, and inflation. Prepare Segment bridges for all key financial line items, for both forecast and historical reporting. Work with Segment leaders, controllers, and the CWT FP&A team to identify and understand opportunities, drive objectives and address risks. Analyze capital expenditures and other investment opportunities as requested. Utilize a broad range of financial experiences by participating on projects that span across a variety of financial disciplines (e.g., planning, analysis, strategy). Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication between and across the commercial, operations and supply chain departments. Drive and participate in process improvements and Carlisle Operating System (COS) initiatives as identified and support special reviews. Appraise the effects of the economy and competitors on the organization's opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Highly skilled in using applications (esp. Excel & PowerPoint) to mine information, identify trends within KPIs, and present insights that drive decision making. Hands-on experience in sales/margin reporting and generating dashboards across areas such as Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance, with strong functional knowledge. Working knowledge of BI reporting and planning/forecasting tools is a big plus. Ability to work with minimum supervision while engaging with Sales/P&L leadership to identify trends and document/track opportunities for improvement. Results-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic Working Conditions: Office environment with frequent visits to manufacturing facilities. #LI-MW1 Education and Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales and/or Financial Analysis.
