This job was posted by : For more information, please see: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES(include the following, other duties may be assigned) Generate paperwork for new hires, send to Home Office (HO) on day of hire, create timecards Generate PIF for employee status changes/terminations, send to HO on day of termination. Ensure payroll coding is correct, job codes and branches match and work with hiring managers to create paperwork if changes are necessary and sent to home office. Act as liaison between resort department heads and HO Administer & track employee benefits; insurance, 401k, vacations, etc. Ensure bi-weekly payroll is on-time and submitted accurately to the HO. Support managers and staff in all aspects of the work experience, including but not limited to conflict resolution, onboarding, payroll and benefits. Plan and lead twice annual employee orientation. Maintain spreadsheet for employee tips; cash and charge tips. Maintain a tracking system for employee reviews; 90-day & annual. Maintain a tracking system for employee bonuses, submit with payroll. Maintain filing/storage system for all daily & monthly reporting. Submit tip income with payroll bi-weekly. Other tasks & responsibilities as requested by General Manager.
