Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe OpportunityThis role is responsible for leading financial and budget analyses by evaluating complex financial data, utilizing data to perform trend analysis, forecasting investment conditions and collaborating with key stakeholders to influence investment decision-making.Primary Responsibilities Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analyzing financial data, performing complex data entry, verifying accuracy and collaborating with senior leadership as neededDeliver effective decision-making by analyzing complex financial information, forecasting business, industry and economic conditions and presenting implications and innovative solutions to senior managementOptimize individual and department efficiency by identifying information sources, testing financial analysis models and gathering reference information to ensure business growth and developmentDevelop knowledgeable recommendations that assist senior leadership in decision making by serving as a functional and technical expert and analyzing financial performance to align budget guidelines and strategies with business requirementsImplement team member development by assisting with integration of new associates, sharing knowledge, resolving questions and providing recommendations on best practices within area of responsibility to support the achievement of business objectivesCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify and utilize investment opportunities by interpreting financial investment data, performing trend analysis, evaluating economic influences and identifying potential risksProvide personalized and quality service by communicating with internal customers to address financial and budget practice questions, issues and concerns and ensure understanding of program componentsDrive continuous improvement by reviewing team financial analyses, evaluating gaps and communicating feedback to ensure accurate research, implementing best practices and delivering sound reportsRequired Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceRequired Experience 5 years relevant experiencePreferred Competencies/Skills Appropriately prioritize assigned tasks to ensure timely goal achievementWork with people at different levels within the organization to accomplish a common goalCreate and maintain current, accurate and readily accessible data in various formatsMonitor short and long term impact of contributions and ensure accuracy and adherence to long-term goalHigh degree of financial acumen and awareness of financial responsibility Analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problemsMotivational, inspirational and enthusiastic approach to team involvement and engagementCommunicate information in a clear, well-organized, and professional mannerUse internal and external resources to gather, analyze and reorganize informationPreferred Experience Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Professional experience in a finance roleIncreasing levels of responsibilityPreferred Knowledge Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAdvanced working knowledge of budget financial analysis and financial modelingApplied working knowledge of operational efficiency principles and best practicesIn-depth knowledge of financial operationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWork environmentTravel frequency: Infrequent (approximately 1-2 trips annually)Physical demands: General office jobsWork is generally performed in an office environment in which there is not substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
