You belong here. See why you will love working at NWTC. POSITION SUMMARY Perform a variety of administrative functions related to the maintenance of student records within enrollment services. Preform other cross function duties as assigned. Essential Functions Statement(s) Review, analyze, and act on admission and enrollment data to ensure students are enrolled in the appropriate program and coursework. Coordinate enrollment record maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of records with academic advisor, deans, and associate deans. Process and enter academic transcripts, grade reports, and other unique enrollment transactions. Correspond with students via phone, email, mail or in person regarding student record functions. Process/analyze and enter Credit for Prior Learning Assist in the review, maintenance, and entry of Degree Audit Individual Student Adjustments to be applied for graduation. Run queries to generate letters and or emails to be mailed to our students. Create and maintain Excel documents to meet needs of department. Collaborate with Enrollment Services staff to support processes which will improve student success. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of related experience; post-secondary exposure preferred. An equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered.
