JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized & motivated Sales Manager to promote urban ropeway technology to transit agencies, public authorities, urban & transportation planners, private, public and academic stakeholders, and others. This role will leverage extensive sector knowledge & interpersonal contacts to source and close new sales opportunities for the North American market (USA & Canada). This is a full-time, salaried position hiring at $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on relevant experience & certifications. BENEFITS In addition to your compensation, we are proud to offer our employees the following benefits: Comprehensive, competitive health care package with a base plan that is 100% company sponsored 401k with a 25% company match after one year of employment Annual Bonus based on company performance Paid Personal Time which grows based with your tenure 10 Paid Holidays per year And more ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Leverage extensive sector knowledge, interpersonal contacts, and strategic market analysis to expand the existing client base and attract new prospects for urban ropeways Collaborate with project management, finance, legal and sales departments to develop & execute efficient sales strategies and operational sales plans to increase revenue Co-develop marketing and public relations campaigns with the marketing department to promote urban ropeways technology Attend industry trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars and other events to accumulate new leads, network and promote the ropeway technology for urban environments Partner with the Urban Ropeways Project Manager on due diligence, tenders/bids, proposals, pricings for RFIs, RFQs or RFPs and oversee as necessa Develop and manage relationships, agreements and SOW's with various stakeholders for urban ropeways in partnership with the Urban Ropeways Project Assist in developing monthly status reports, budgets, and forecasts BASIC QUALIFICATIONS University Degree in USA or Canada, or equivalent At least 2 years of direct sales experience At least 5 years of public transit experience Experience with public RFPs and contracts greater than $10,000,000 Ability to travel domestically & internationally at least 40% of the time English proficiency DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in business administration, urban & transportation planning or legal Fluency in French (for Quebec area) Equal Employment Opportunity Policy We provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
