Our Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group is looking for accomplished consultants with deep technical expertise and proven execution capabilities to develop practical and achievable strategies for our clients.A& M helps companies explore their options and leverage mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to unlock shareholder value. We help clients achieve the full benefits of transactions. We help streamline operations through divesting or restructuring under-performing and non-core business units or assets while also tackling residual overhead costs.Our team focuses on wireless, wireline, cable, digital infrastructure, satellite, enterprise, engineering & services, and communication terested parties should have a strong background in leading and delivering in one of the following areas: Network & TechnologyNetwork Deployment StrategyTelecom IT Strategy & Road MappingTransactions, Strategy & Structure M& A Pre-Deal (Due Diligence, Planning)M& A Post-Deal (Execution, Business Case Achievement)Revenue & Pricing ImprovementShareholder Value ImprovementOperations Efficiency Customer CareNetwork OperationsSupply Chain & LogisticsResponsibilities: Leads teams on complex projects by: setting clear direction, establishing clear expectations, ensuring quality of client / project team deliverable developmentDecomposes complex issues, frames solution design and architects deliverables against SOW requirementsEnsures deliverables are complete, error free, communicated clearly and on timeRapidly develops understanding of client's businessAnticipates, assesses and identifies areas of potential risk and issues, and develops mitigation plansActively seeks to find current client needs that may lead to new opportunities for A& MActively promotes a positive and inclusive team environment that embraces the unique attributes of all team membersCoaches others to act and deliver in the best interests of our clientsQualifications: 7-15 years of relevant industry and consulting experienceBachelor's degree required; MBA preferredOutcome orientedEntrepreneurial and commercial approachStrong analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsStrong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to address strategic issues and act tactically understanding cross-functional requirementsComfortable with travelThe salary range for Director is $150, 000-$225, 000 annually and Senior Director is $175, 000-$275, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
