TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE: 8:00am - 5:00pm , includes evenings and weekends $51,300 - $57,500 per year This position is responsible for managing the Universitys identification card system through MavCARD Services in the Milo Bail Student Center Business Office. The coordinator oversees the entire ID card process, including printing, distribution, and back-end system operations. Responsibilities include providing customer service to students, faculty, staff, affiliates, and visitors, addressing ID card inquiries and issues, and collaborating with various departments to integrate ID card functionalities into campus services. Key duties involve printing, encoding, troubleshooting technical problems, and coordinating system updates. The coordinator will also recommend and implement MavCARD related policies, assist with financial transactions, analyze reports, and ensure financial accuracy using the CBORD Odyssey PCS identification card management system. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with UNO departments and off-campus service providers, identifying growth opportunities for the MavCARD program, managing projects, overseeing administrative tasks, and recruiting, training, and supervising student staff.
