The ideal candidate will join our Industrial, Commercial, & Energy Business Unit and assist in providing our nationwide network of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to local municipalities, in achieving their As a project manager, you will manage projects on behalf of our clients, advise clients on compliance issues, and lead environmental assessment and remediation projects nationwide. You will oversee everything from scoping and cost estimating to implementation and closeout. Your responsibilities will include managing and executing environmental permitting and compliance projects; developing SPCC Plans, SWPPPs, and NPDES permits; providing RCRA hazardous waste, hazardous materials, EMS, air quality and other environmental regulatory compliance services; and conducting Phase I and II environmental site assessments; and remediation of soil and groundwater.? This position includes regulatory research, compliance planning and auditing, and report preparation for state and federal environmental reports.? In addition, this position will include preparation of RCRA permits and modifications. This position will also include assisting clients with developing their sustainability and ESG programs from collecting and analyzing facility data to content development and developing actionable sustainability solutions.? You will also provide technical peer reviews for environmental assessment and remediation projects. Typical project sites include manufacturing facilities, municipal sites, mine sites, chlorinated solvent sites, former refineries, and emerging contaminant sites. This position also supports business development and marketing efforts, including preparing technical proposals and presenting to clients. Required Qualifications BS degree in geology, engineering, environmental science, or related field (MS preferred) 5+ years of relevant environmental industry experience (candidates with a PE, PG, and/or CHMM preferred) Employment history as an environmental project manager responsible for managing staff and contractors, communicating directly with clients, preparing cost estimates, and tracking budgets within the environmental field Experience advising clients on RCRA waste management, implementing RCRA corrective action, and preparing RCRA permits and modifications Working knowledge of SPCC, CWA, SWPPP, federal and state UST/AST regulations Experience with Colorado State programs and regulations (CDPHE Voluntary Cleanup Program, Hazardous Waste Program, Solid Waste Program; ECMC; CDLE OPS)? Colorado Registered Environmental professional (REP) with CDLE OPS a plus Experience with lead authoring ASTM-compliant (E1527-13 and E1527-20) Phase I ESAs and (E1903-19) Phase II ESAs Experience with sustainability/ESG reporting, interest in ESG issues, and a working knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks preferred Relevant academic curriculum and thesis topic and above average GPA Commitment to growing Trihydro's business and supporting the Lakewood office culture by working full time, in person in the office with flexibility to work from home on an as needed basis Commitment to safe work practices?
