Summary You will serve as a EDUCATION TECHNICIAN in the EXAM DEVELOPMENT DIVISION of NETPDC. Responsibilities You will advise the N3 Director, N33 Division Head and N333 Branch Head of any changes to Defense Courier Service processes, shipping routes, and shipping dates. You will correspond with officers and enlisted personnel to explain advancement examination processes, fill advancement examination orders, provide tracking information for SCI packages, and assist as needed. You will update examination inventories with each individual command request and with each printed examination. You will provide oversight of finalized exams as to the receivership, retention, disposition, and security of exam packages. You will track returned receipts of all examination material and researches all material that has not been received by the applicable command or unit. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying process improvement for processing, packaging, and shipping of classified material; 2) Coordinating with personnel on the administration of classified materials; 3) Utilizing one or more established automated systems to enter, maintain and retrieve data pertaining to the packaging and shipping of SCI material (i.e. NEAS, My Navy Portal (MNP), and BUPERS websites, and other applicable websites related to the NEAS); and 4) Utilizing knowledge of organizational and higher-level authority regulations and procedures to ensure compliance in the storage, handling, processing, transfer, and safeguarding of classified material.
