Estimating damage to vehicles visually. Calculating labor and painting costs to determine the total cost of repairs. Understanding insurance company estimates of repairs and checks them for accuracy and comprehensiveness. Qualifications Previous experience at an automotive dealership preferred (not required) Experience with insurance companies and DRP's Be proficient using CCC1 estimating General knowledge of vehicles. Excellent customer service skills Basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications We are an equal opportunity employer.
