Brown Medicine's Division of General Internal Medicine and Primary Care is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Primary Care practices. We are seeking motivated candidates who want to help us lead in the transformation of Primary Care in Rhode Island. Apply online at: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Division: Primary Care Location: Warwick and Smithfield, Rhode Island Seeking clinician to provide outpatient services with physician partners in excellent primary care practices. Individuals would see same-day sick, follow up visits and share in panel management. Experience preferred. Established internal medical practices in Warwick and Smithfield, RI. Practices are actively engaged in the patient-centered medical home model and have high functioning patient care teams including nurse care managers, pharmacist, pharmacy techs, social work, and integrated behavioral health.
