Thank you for considering ProgynyProgyny is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Contract Administrator to provide support to our team on a specific tactical areas of contract management and compliance filings. You will perform a range of duties including monitoring and filing contractual documents, reviewing templated agreements for completeness, preparing contracts, providing support in managing our license renewals and annual documentation filings and leveraging our knowledge management tool to ensure appropriate communication of new information across the team. The ideal contract Healthcare Contract Administrator should enjoy coordinating legal documentation, reviewing and tracking agreements, and have an excellent attention to detail. This will include partnering with both internal and external parties to ensure we meet all deliverables in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a collaborative teammate who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.What you'll do...Review and track contract redlines to verify that they any suggested language is within company policies and all applicable federal and state regulationsAssist the team with coordinating and maintaining variety of contracting documentation, templates, reporting, and other obligations.Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to return documents in a timely mannerWork with a variety of contract software and reporting tools.Review and process applications for licenses, ensuring all required documents are submitted and criteria are met.Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify application details, correct errors, and obtain missing information.Develop and implement policies and procedures for the licensing process to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local vestigate complaints and compile reports to ensure licensees comply with terms and conditions of their licenses.About you...Bachelor's degree in a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years' experience with business agreements and other forms of business documentationMinimum 2 years' working in healthcare or a related regulated industryExperience with contract management, or licensingExperience with managing regulatory licensingKnowledge of Ironclad, and the Microsoft suite of tools is a plusHighly organized and detailed orientedExcellent communication skillsExperience in the health care field is preferredAbout Progyny:Progynyis a transformative fertility, family building and women's health benefits solution, trusted by the nation's leading employers, health plans and benefits purchasers. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
