Revenue Analyst

Thank you for considering ProgynyDescriptionThe Revenue Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Finance team's existing forecast tools, as well as assisting with new feature development. The analyst will work closely with the Revenue Analytics Manager to enhance the data processing pipeline, develop new forecasting methodologies, and conduct rigorous revenue analyses. The role will be data driven, however gaining an in-depth knowledge of our business is critical to success.What you'll do:Take ownership of the existing forecast data ecosystem and be responsible for daily updatesDevelop features that enhance forecast data and more accurately model our businessOptimize our data pipeline for speed and efficiencyDevelop dashboards to measure forecast KPIs and visualize trends in the businessWork with the Revenue Analytics Manager to develop next generation forecasting methodologies using advanced analytical techniquesAssist with data mining for revenue related operational analyses on an ad hoc basisAbout you:Bachelors degree in quantitative or business related field such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, etc.Preferably 1-2 years experience in finance operations, business intelligence or operations role, ideally at a healthcare or high-growth companyCompetency in SQL and Python requiredFinancial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPivot)Prior experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker)Experience with Snowflake & Airflow a plusComfortable analyzing large, complex datasets (100M+ Rows)Organized with strong attention to detailA natural problem solver that is eager to learn and can work with minimal directionExcellent communication skills with the ability to ask the right questionsAbout Progyny:Progyny is a transformative fertility, family building and women's health benefits solution, trusted by the nation's leading employers, health plans and benefits purchasers.
