This role reports into our KitPackers/ ReslinLab (KPRL) Division located in Germantown, WI. KitPackers is a GROWING industry leading packager of high-end adhesives for the aerospace, defense, technology, and automotive industries. Come join our growing team Summary Prepares samples and testing for qualifying raw materials, validating properties of new products and modifications or reformulations of existing products. Completes work related to design plans, raw material qualification, validation of properties of new products and product modifications, and reformulation and support of current products. Responsibilities Prepares samples and formulations using chemicals and laboratory mixing equipment by following written instructions Tests experimental formulations for properties such as viscosity, cure time, thermal transition temperatures, adhesion, and hardness using standard laboratory procedures and instrumentation Performs a limited variety of chemical tests as instructed Seeks resolution on experimental data deviating from expected result Calibrates and verifies equipment as specified in SOPs and Work Instructions.
