Job Descriptions: Job Summary: The role of the Project Coordinator is to assist the SVP Project Management and project management team to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This includes working with various members of the project team, IT solution delivery, product owners and other business unit representatives to help with administrative tasks with the project timeline, schedules, budget, and monthly management reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize spreadsheets and project management tools to assist with tracking project budgets and schedules. Coordinate meetings for the project team. Assist with developing new project workflows and assess business impacts with key stakeholders. Organize project documentation such as contracts, addendums and invoices on projects. Update and prepare monthly project reports such as mid-month reviews and prepare monthly status reports and key performance reports. Assist with project budgeting and tracking expenses. Assist with creating and maintaining a master project schedule. Assist with project preparations such as documenting meeting minutes and whiteboard sessions, setting up business requirements documents and preparing necessary project documentation to ensure project details are organized. Assist with conducting project post implementation reviews and input of data into lessons learned catalogue. Assist the project manager with developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Assist with product owner program including coordinating between parties, scheduling, task tracking, meeting minutes and follow up items. Assist with supporting initiatives between PMO, product owners and IT Solution delivery including the translation of business requirements, documenting current and future workflows, data mapping, QA activities, go live planning and overall work progress and activities. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Ability to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work collaboratively and effectively either on own or as part of a team. Ability to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Ability to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Capable of dealing professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization. Ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters. Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities. Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, techniques, and procedures.
