This role will report to the Director of Graduate Admission. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Ensure the Slate workflow is working effectively and efficiently Monitor student's progress throughout the application process and communicate next steps and missing documents Update applications with any new or missing information Coordinate with the program coordinators regarding application volume and decision making timeline Release decision and decision letters to applicants, including Conditional Acceptance criteria, if appropriate Communicate with students via email and/or phone. Troubleshoot Slate and application issues Recruitment, if needed General Office Duties Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree Ability to work evenings and some weekends Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred: Master's Degree 1-2 years of applicable job experience in university admissions Slate experience Contact Information: Electronic submissions required.
