Neshoba Urgent Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in an urgent care setting. The ideal candidate will hold a current unrestricted Mississippi LPN license and demonstrate proficiency in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including obtaining vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, both verbally and in writing. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors, demonstrating excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills. Utilize computer systems for documentation, electronic medical records, and communication. Demonstrate flexibility to fill in at other Neshoba clinics as needed to support patient care and operational needs. Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and adhere to safety protocols and standards. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Demonstrate dependability and a team player attitude in working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. Qualifications: Current unrestricted Mississippi LPN license. Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position effectively. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and computer skills. Flexibility to fill in at other Neshoba clinics as needed. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Dependable and team player attitude.
