Let's shape tomorrow - it'll be a fun journeyWhat does it mean to be a Credit Development Manager?The Credit Development Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers with credit lines $1.5M-$10M. The role is moderate paced, requires strong financial analysis skills, and a thorough understanding of all financial solutions. Who is the successful Credit Development Manager?A successful Credit Development Manager builds strong relationships with resellers and sales teams, collaborates with the credit department, and knows about Ingram Micro's financial solutions. The Credit Development Manager is a seasoned professional individual contributor. They work independently with limited supervision and the problems they face are difficult and often complex with the potential to have a material impact on the company's financial performance. They influence our policies, practices and procedures and provide solutions to a variety of complex matters. They may lead significant projects, programs and business initiatives and/or assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Financial analysisSound judgment and decision making for moderate problem solvingEffective negotiation skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritizeAble to identify operating efficienciesAbility to establish relationships with internal Ingram Micro teams and management level associates at our customersREQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience or 6-10 years of general business experienceBS College Degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldCommercial Credit Lending would be a plusThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $60, 000.00 - $96, 000.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
