T his is a non technical role, this role will coordinate user acceptance testing, will test and validate financial transactions entered into SAP, and will work with Process Manager to ensure scalable and compliant global financial processes. Having a financial background is ideal. Your role: The Sr Quality Assurance Analyst will work with the product, development, and production teams to create and execute quality assurance plans and develop user acceptance scripts for new functionality releases for Finance Operations. This role will focus on the following: Business engagement (planning QA, assigning QA lead, sign off on business requirements)D esign management (requirements review, design signoff, compliance alignment and epics prioritization)Go live (hyper care, quality control)UAT (script creation, script execution, xRay management, defects tracking, documenting results, approving acceptable workarounds)Monitor PI release scheduleMaintain stakeholder listValidate test scriptsEnsure adherence to entry and exit criteriaPartner with Product and IST ensure alignment with QA plansEnsure test environment and data are set upReport UAT progressEnsure defects are addressed end-to-endObtain sign offMaintain the QA playbookCreate, read, and apply Figma diagrams What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 3 years in a role that focuses on financial business gathering (this can translate to finance, credit, AR/AP or process improvement).SAP experience is highly preferred but not requiredStrong experience in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Demonstrated ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot software issues effectivelyPreferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools and methodologyUser acceptance testing in their career, either part time, temporary project assignment or internshipHave created incidents or defectsHave provided guidance to technical teams on what the problem is and what the desirable outcome should beHave used xRay, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus but not requiredXvantage or have participated in Xvantage deploymentsHave coordinated user acceptance testing labs#LI-AH1#LI-HybridThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80, 400.00 - $136, 700.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
