The incumbent will manage all incoming calls and mail, assist customers, coordinate tire and tow repairs, review and manage work orders, post invoices, generate maintenance reports, maintain vehicle records, help with vehicle acquisition and fuel tasks, and support front office staff. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate records for County vehicles. Coordinate, process, and manage all vehicle accident claims including estimates and vendor scheduling as needed. Schedule, coordinate, and post monthly preventative maintenance reports on the department website. Posting vendor invoices to asset work orders. Supporting vehicle acquisition and disposition as needed. Assisting with fuel-related tasks, including but not limited to submitting monthly fuel tax returns, creating and processing fuel invoices, and analyzing county-wide fuel usage reports. Assist with data collection and data entry for department projects. Act as a backup for the front office staff and assist the Parts Department as needed. Provide great customer service and assist customers both in person and via phone. Education, Experience, Licensing Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree or specialized courses/training equivalent to the satisfactory completion of two years of college in accounting, finance, business administration, or a closely related field and two years of accounting, procurement, bookkeeping, office support experience, or closely related experience. Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record is required. Supplemental Information Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Automotive knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
