Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:We are looking for a gifted storyteller to join HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) Worldwide Strategic Communications and Operations team to support the day-to-day planning and execution of digital and creative communication and engagement activities to motivate and inspire our internal and sales community.The Sales & Colleague Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance both our sales performance and employee engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual who can bridge the gap between sales objectives and employee motivation, ensuring that our team remains inspired, informed, and aligned with the company's goals.This role will report into HPEFS Worldwide Leader for Strategic Communications & Operations and be based in our headquarters in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.The ideal candidate has growth mindset, critical and creative thinker with strong writing skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Additionally, this individual possesses a strong bias for action and willingness to jump in and get things done.How you'll make your mark:Sales Engagement:Develop and implement sales communication plans to support the sales teams to ensure they are successful and confident in their customer engagements.Create, edit, and distribute well-crafted sales communication materials and enablement programs including presentations, brochures, and sales playbooks.Develop and maintain internal communication channels to keep the sales team informed and motivated.Assist in organizing and coordinating sales enablement sessions in support of product launches, workshops, and events. Additionally, providing communication support for sales campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of sales resources, tools, and strategies. While simultaneously, acting as a liaison between the sales team and other functions to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.Colleague Engagement:Design and execute engagement initiatives in support of HPEFS' strategy by bringing key messages to life through the power of storytellingDevelop end-to-end production of internal communication materials to keep employees informed and motivated. This includes written, editing, and producing a variety of impactful, colleague resonated programs. Channels include employee intranet (SharePoint), Internal Comms/Social Platform (Slack), and internal digital and in-person events.Source and create stories that strengthen colleagues' understanding of the businesses' strategic direction, celebrate the HPEFS culture, and elevate our people by keeping them at the center of everything we do.Plan and coordinate global colleague events in-person and virtually including Townhalls, Leadership Meetings and other team building activities across the organization to strengthen HPEFS culture.Collaborate with peers across the company to address internal communications needs. This role will work in close partnership with various stakeholders cross-functionally to execute initiatives from concept to delivery.Maintain and update the internal communication platforms, ensuring relevant and timely content is available to all employees.About you:Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing or relevant experience2-3 years of experience in internal communications, sales communications, or a related roleExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGifted Storyteller: Ability to translate technical, complex and varied information into audience-resonating messagesGrowth Mindset: A love of learning and eagerness to take on tasks outside of their comfort zone to grow and develop themselves.
