Apply today Position Summary The Marketing and Office Coordinator at OrthoNY plays a key role in supporting the executive team and managing a range of marketing and office activities. This position is responsible for internal and external meeting and event coordination, administrative special projects and managing daily office operations. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with marketing efforts, including digital content management, social media engagement, sponsorship activities, and community events. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and enthusiastic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external events for the organization including Board of Director meetings and functions, employee events and executive dinners. Manage day-to-day office operations including needs such as mail, phone inquiries, guests, and supplies. Support the executive team, inclusive of calendar and travel management for CEO. Collaborate and assist in developing and curating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with the organization's brand, tone, voice, and visual identity to effectively communicate our mission, strengthen brand recognition, and build audience trust. Plan and schedule posts, ensuring a consistent posting schedule using social media management tools. Manage web content edits and incoming web inquiries Review sponsorship requests, track and fulfill deliverables for the sponsored activities. Maintain digital filing system and organization for materials and documents, organize and schedule meetings, coordinate board and executive meetings and internal events. Assist with new hire orientation as needed. Assist other department Directors with projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's in business, Marketing, Communications or related field required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Strong proofreading and copyediting skills for content accuracy. Proficiency in Canva is a plus. Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus; Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to pivot and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Other Information Ability to travel to various OrthoNY locations if needed. Reliable transportation is essential Status: Full-time, Non-exempt Location: Latham, NY Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
