Residential ManagerOne of our residential programs located in Argyle, NY currently has a Full Time 40 -hour Residential Manager (RM) position available. The shift for this position is Saturday 10am-8pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 12pm-8pm, Thursday & Friday 1pm-8pm. This is an hourly non-exempt position. The rate of pay is $21.00 per hour. Should you be interested - overtime is available. The Residential Manager will ensure the residential group home operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance. The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall well-being of the adults with developmental disabilities whose home they are managing. This oversight will include all physical aspects of the home, maintaining a welcoming home environment where people's everyday needs are met including medical, recreation, and socialization.Want to be a WWAARC Residential Manager and join our Team? Our Residential Managers are required to be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and High School Diploma/equivalent with 5 years as Supervisor OR Associate's degree with 3 years as Supervisor OR Bachelor's degree with 1 year as supervisor. As a Residential Manager you must secure and maintain all required certifications and training. You must have a driver's license that meets WWAARC insurability standards. Residential Managers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the people we support and agency information.
