THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members. Hours rage from early morning shifts starting at approximately 4:45am, mid-day availability, or evening shifts ending about 8:30pm.Monday- Friday mostly. Availability to work select weekends- (no more than 3 hour shifts) If you aremotivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you. RESPONSIBILITES Salescalls to leads (previous sales experience A MUST) Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach Following up with prospect leads via phone and email Manage leads within our CRM Interact with members on social media Assist in creating social media content Administrative duties Deliver 5-star customer service to members Experience in social media/ marketing a plus ABOUT US THE MAX Challenge is designed to make fast and lasting changes to your appearance and overall well-being.
